K.Grace.P has been passionate about mythic stories and fairy tales her entire life. From age 7, she was delighted by Greco-Roman mythology, and became immersed through acting in her first stage play, Antigone. Her interest in myths quickly expanded to wonder tales from around the world.

During high school and college, Grace discovered that different societies used the same sacred symbols in their belief systems. After college, while working on various jobs in film and television, her love of myth and ancient symbols pulled her closer to the magick and mysteries of Nature they represent. This is where Wanehi and their adventure stories came to her, while sitting quietly in Nature, listening.

It was the teaching of Joseph Campbell (mythology guru), Marija Gimbutas (archeologist extraordinaire), and Carl Jung (depth psychologist) who inspired Grace to create the Enchanted Wanehi book series. The story’s symbols and mythic ideas are deeply rooted in humanity’s ancient beliefs, but she updated them into more contemporary notions that readers can connect with in a meaningful way.

Grace lives in Los Angeles with her husband, spending as much time as possible with the Pacific Ocean and forests across America.
